A summer inspired non-alcoholic ginger aperitif
The summer sun is an important time for hydrating and ensuring a good supply of nutrients and salts. We lose salt as we sweat so re-hydrating is key for supporting our vital organs.
An non-alcoholic aperitif half an hour before lunch can do much to support our liver and gallbladder's ability to digest our food and get all the nutrients we need during mealtime. Ginger is a great bitter herb used for supporting this process.

My favourite summer tipple below contains ginger, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, turmeric, apple cider vinegar lemon juice and with a dash pf black pepper and garnished with either mint or rosemary t
Simply rest, digest and enjoy the love.
1 tbsp of ground fresh ginger
1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
dash of ground black pepper
dash of turmeric
maple syrup to taste
fresh mint
