Often people ask me what's the best place to start on their journey to good health. I ponder on this often. Bombarded with marketing campaigns featuring images of beauty, it's little wonder that the nation is obsessed with image.
Moreover, to lure us into this compulsive cycle, we are compelled to purchase food, or products that promise the holy grail of a svelt-like figure, or make-up to transform us. That said, we are our own worst enemies.
As a student of nutritional therapy, I know that the best foods and beauty products are often the simplest. Therefore, my top tip for re-discovery health and vitality will always be 'fall in love again with cooking again', its a tool for sustenance and not your enemy' (see below for my top tips on habit change).
